A quick look online has revealed that the contentious extra item - i.e. 'ANY OTHER BUSINESS THAT THE CHAIR CONSIDERS URGENT' - appears on the agenda for Tuesday the 10th.
As for yesterday's meeting: no note on the official calendar that it was cancelled, but no minutes online either.
My guess is that they are unsure how to proceed in terms of The White Swan and its proposed exemption or that internal battles and point scoring are causing delays. I would imagine that Tower Hamlets do not want any more media focus either, especially the kind of attention that 6 court cases can bring...
